Kostas Hatzichristos

Kostas Hatzichristos or Costas Hajihristos ((ギリシア語:Κώστας Χατζηχρήστος); 1921 – October 3, 2001) was a Greek actor.
==Biography==

He was born in Thessaloniki to a large family, which later moved to Pagkrati.
The young Kostas studied mainly at the Military School in Syros and finished his studies in Kavala. He worked in a variety at the ''Missouri'' Theatre in Piraeus and at the Nitsa Gaitanaki company where he plauyed the ''Stravoxylo'' by Psathas. From 1945 until 1948, he worked in an operetta company owned by Paraskevas Oikonomou and appeared in the ''Pefka'' variety with Oikonomidis and ''Oasia'' with M. Traiforos. In 1949-50, he councilled the Koula Nikolaidou's musical company at the ''Verdun'' theatre at Alexandras Ave.
At the ''Verdun'', Hatzichristos acted for his first time in his successful run in the role of a Gypsy Thymios, a role which was taken by his brother of his wife Kostas Nikolaidis, the writing trio Nikolaidis-Eleftheriou-Lymberopoulos. From 1955 until 1955 at the ''Peroquet'' sponsored by ''Coca-Cola'' with Yialama-Thisviou-Pretenderis, praised himself and the idyllic with Diridawa?. They married and raised a daughter. His marriage went to an end in 1975 and Kaiti Oikonomou in which Diridawa died on February 1996.
At the cinema, Hatzichristos first appeared in the movie ''The Tower of the Horses'' in 1953 with Giorgos Asimakopoulos and Tsiforos. Parallel, he made several success even at the theater. One of his greatest success in his career was in the ''Anthropos poy yirise apo ta piata'' (''A Man Who Came Back From the Plates'') which appeared during the winter of 1968-69 with co-companies of Anna Fonsou and Dionysis Papayiannopoulos. He also produced three movies and directed eight.
His theatrical direction went on smoothly until 1983. After a long period of absence he returned into the 1994-95 era and played for the village at the ''Hatzichristos Theatre'' in the Panepistimiou and Ippokratous Streets stoa with the inspection of ''Den ixeres, de rotages'' and next year, he ran with Giorgos Pantzas in the K. Papapetrou work ''Trelathika kai sothika''. His difficult years begun when his third wife, Eleni Pantazi died at the age of 42. He died by cancer, suffering from economic problems.
